At some point, injury happens to everyone. This is a great class for students who want to start practicing Pilates for its restorative and strengthening qualities, but who may be experiencing physical discomfort or common injury. Use this practice on its own for a super gentle full body practice, or just as a tutorial for how to modify as you explore other Pilates practices. Move in a way that doesn't feel stressful and give yourself permission to slow down and do what feels good. Props Needed: Stability ball and a block.
