Pilates with a Focus: Upper Body - Preview

Use the Pilates method plus the use of props to create targeted upper body strength. Move through a steadily paced sequence of plank pose variations that will have your shoulders, upper back and arms feeling strong and toned. Use this class on its own for a tune up, or as a warm up for a more physically demanding class. Use weights if you do not have a resistance band available. Props Needed: Resistance band. Props Suggested: Weights.
