Mighty Mat with Props! - Preview

A full body practice designed around using props to enhance movements and strengthen your body. Medium in pacing, cover a lot of ground with this sequence without stressful transitions. Start by warming up your hips to get your body ready for stability ball and Magic Circle targeted work. Take time to close out your practice with stretches to release your low back and legs before continuing on with the rest of your day. Props Needed: A stability ball and a Magic Circle.
