If you have a regular Vinyasa Flow practice, you're likely doing a lot of chaturangas. It can be good to take a break and focus on shoulder and heart openers, especially because this area tends to be the receptacle for our stress. Strike a balance between dynamic flow and supported holds, finding sweet moments of release as you move. You'll build to a lovely version of camel using a hand towel to support your neck. Props Needed: A strap, two blocks, and a hand towel.
