Hatha with Darren Rhodes

This invigorating and playful sequence features dynamic repetitions within the poses that move with the breath. You can choose to flow with the movements, or opt out by simply holding the pose from start to finish. You'll also practice "pose medleys," which are a series of standing poses completed on one side in succession before repeating on the other. Get ready for an action-packed class filled with plank work, lolasana lift ups, fallen sage, flying pigeon, and more!
