Wring Your Body Out - Preview

This final class will emphasize twists to rinse the body from the inside out. Begin with a gentle belly massage, move through dynamic plank movements, then explore twists from chair. We'll pump it up with a few jump hop switches from downdog and glide from crescent to hovering chair, tuning into the belly all the while to find both compression and space. Props Needed: A blanket or towel. Props Suggested: A strap.
