Here and Now - Preview

Work with the tendency of the mind to travel to the past through memory, or the future through planning. Discover what it means to exist in the here and now by taking note of this tendency, labeling thoughts as past or future, then setting them aside. Over time, repetition of this practice may make it easier to come back to the present moment more and more often.
