Intro to Conditioning Your Yoga - Preview

Move through familiar yoga poses, but take them up a notch! That means more repetitions, cardio, and strength work to increase your endurance and make you sweat. Power through a couple rounds with some time in between to catch your breath. You'll feel the benefits of conditioning, while building new areas of strength and skill.
