Yin and Yang Yoga - Preview

Balance yin and yang in your practice, cultivating the qualities of both energies in each pose. This class will cover the nuances of each energy while exploring both stillness and effort in eight-limbed pose, crane, prayer twists, upavistha konasana, and marichyasana. You'll recharge while building intensity, finally letting it all settle in savasana before ending in seated meditation. Props Needed: A strap, a blanket, and a block.
