This flowing, detoxifying vinyasa sequence will leave you refreshed, revitalized, and recharged. Move slowly and steadily through standing and seated postures that will open your hips, hamstrings, and chest. Flow through warrior and triangle variations, find expansion in one-legged virasana, camel, and wheel, then end with some gentle twists and seated stretches.
