Vinyasa Flow with MC YOGI

This class gets deep into the legs with lots of sun salutations, standing postures, and more than a few splits poses. Find space in pyramid and twisted triangle, then lift into bird of paradise and arm balances like bhujapidasana and firefly. You'll also get low and create strength in boat, bridge, and full wheel, before a final deep stretch in pigeon.
