Slow and Simple - Preview

Enjoy a slow, stretchy, all-around flow. Open your chest, shoulders and upper back in puppy pose, get into your hips in pigeon lunge, then use your strap to stretch your hamstrings. End with a reclined twist, then melt into a satisfying savasana. Props Needed: A strap and 1-2 blocks.
