Knees Down - Preview

Take a detour from your regular routine with a practice that never deviates from a knees-down position. All the normal standing asanas will have at least one knee touching the mat, including parsvakonasana (side angle), trikonasana (triangle), and anjaneyasana (low lunge). Enjoy this quick and easy leg sequence with minimal standing effort. Props Suggested: Two blocks.
