Time to crank it up a notch! You'll practice almost the same sequence, but this time you'll hold the poses for 45 seconds. Hone your concentration, find the softness in your strength, and stay in the fire as long as you can. An extra 15 seconds may not sound like a lot, but you're definitely going to feel the difference.
