This moderately-paced class aims to create openness in your upper limbs, using your lungs as support for your upper architecture. Slowly tease out space in your shoulder girdle as you utilize a wide variety of arm variations in poses like crescent lunge, gomukhasana, and dolphin, then reward yourself with a supported restorative pose as you cool down. Leave feeling more open, toned, and spacious. Props Needed: A bolster, a block, and a strap.
