Building moderate intensity, this class is designed to open the pathways of your lower body, creating a grounding connection to the earth. Make space in your body with a sequence of twists to help create a fluid spine, then work with your hips and shoulders in poses like extended side angle and ardha chandra chapasana. Practice peaks with surya yantrasana (compass) for a dynamic, well-rounded experience. Props Needed: Two blocks.
