Start warming up with traditional surya namaskars, moving on to create a yoga circuit blending challenging training moves with asanas. Workout with dynamic plank variations, jumping jacks, squats, pikes and bridge. Open up your shoulders, strengthen your core and power up your entire body. Be ready to sweat!
