When life is busy, it can take a toll on your overall well being. Find space within your body and day to relax away this outer chaos. Begin with standing poses like warrior III and variations of eagle and cow-facing pose. Move onto hip openers and seated postures to assist in releasing negativity and mental blocks, using props to feel a greater body opening. Allow the peace of your inner self to bring you joy! Props Needed: A strap and a bolster.
