Overly bendy hips? Help strengthen your weight-bearing hips, that can sometimes be overlooked and over-stretched, with this slow and very conscious practice. Use props to move through standing balance poses and supine stability-centered postures. Gain new awareness of the importance of your hip stability and strength. A great practice for supporting runners and avid walkers, or anytime you're looking for more stability and strength in your hips. Props Needed: Two blocks and a blanket.
