Buff Glutes and Hammies - Preview

Move through a sequence of yoga poses perfect for bringing strength and power to your glutes and hamstrings, all while stretching you out at the same time. Poses like utkatasana, crescent pose with hip flexor variations, and eagle pose get your lower body fired up. Agnistambhasana (double pigeon) for a hip release to conclude. To fortify your practice, and keep your lower back happy, glutes and hamstring robustness is a must! Props Needed: A block.
