Get the day started with your mind focused, heart open and energy body awakened! Start out balancing the subtle body with focused pranayama (focused breathing). Then wake up the mighty core (abdominals) which is our center of fire and transformation. We move into a Crescent Moon/Crescent (Anjaneyasana) flow to bring heat and openness to the spine. Balance postures such as Eagle (Garundasana), Headstand (Sirsasana), strength postures such as Side Plank (Vasistasana), Crow (Bakhasana) and flexibility postures such as ) temple eagle (Temple with Garundasana arms) and Warrior 2 (Virabhadrasana 2) are all included. Camel (Ustrasana) and Upward facing Bow (Urdhva Dhanurasana) backbends are included to invigorate and energize the body!
