Shift your mindset and reorient your day whether you're feeling tired, uninspired, tense, frustrated or otherwise in need of change. A nice combination of mindful movement and held postures to help you reframe your perspective. Begin by preparing your practice with pranayama work, progressing into some timed inversions, self massage, core work and surya A's and B's to reorient and ground you.
