A practice of long holds to build heat and focus. Explore asanas like warrior 2, an active lizard pose, and playful core exercises that flow into hamstring openers and hip openers like pigeon and supported bridge. Feel a sense of steady strength in your muscles as you find greater range of motion. A great practice if you are short on time but desire going deep. Props Needed: Two blocks, a blanket and a strap.
