Power Practice - Preview

Start with a wonderful shoulder stretch using a strap (or belt). Give yourself that "yoga buzz" feeling, focusing on opening your hips, shoulders, and spine. Sometimes five minutes is all you have. Make the most of it! Props Needed: A strap.
