Go deeper in poses by cultivating sustainability in your practice. To create safety and longevity in your practice you have to maintain strength in places that are notoriously not as buff in yogis. Do this practice once a week as a way to stabilize your sacroilliac joint, strengthen your glutes and hamstrings, open your psoas and hip flexors for maximum function over time. Props Needed: A blanket and a strap.
