Using the Abdomen - Preview

An all around practice, use your abdomen and breath together to access the arm balancing pose, lolasana, as well as deepening your experience of twisting and forward bending. From a supine position and then standing, stretch, twist and contract the sides of your abdomen. Use the wall to help refine and then to support you in headstand and handstand. Props Needed: Three blankets, two chairs, two blocks, a strap and wall space.
