Grounding in Compassion - Preview

Hatha with Jo Tastula

A grounding practice with guided meditation. Begin with a light flow, moving through seated postures and deep forward bends. Focus on the primordial currency of compassion. Some new postures to look out for are mulabandasana (crouching warrior) and temple pose with eagle arms. A seated hip sequence to finish, including triang mukhaikapada paschimottanasana and ardha matsyendrasana. Leave feeling centered in loving kindness for yourself. Props Suggested: A blanket.
