Slow Deep Yin for Cooling Mind and Body - Preview

Using Ayruvedic principles and techniques, this Yin practice will combine long deep holds with breathing techniques (pranayama) to reduce heat and encourage a balanced sense of ease. You will use the breath and combine it with side bends and twists during the practice to unwind and release excess heat and internal fire. This class ends with a savasana to carry our own internal cool breeze with us through the rest of the day. Props Suggested: A blanket and a block.
