According to the teachings of Ayurveda, the home of the vata dosha, or air element in the body, is in the lower abdominal region, hips, pelvis and legs. This is where energetically you may store fear and anxiety. This deep practice will allow you to dive into your body and release these emotions stored in tissues with long holds and attention to the breath. Props Needed: A block, a blanket and a bolster.
