A breath meditation to bring the nervous system and glandular system into better balance. As you gain control of your breath, you gain control of your mind as well as a greater sensitivity to your environment. A practice for when you need to be sharper and have an edge in life. The technique involves a kumbhaka (hold at the end of the exhale and inhale) Do not strain in your breath and do not do this if you have a history of blood pressure issues, or if you are a woman who is pregnant or on her cycle.
