All of Me Arm Balances - Preview

Arm balances require every part of you to show up. They demand that you practice them consistently in order to maintain stamina. If you've been slacking, this practice done regularly will help you maintain "arm balance shape" and give you a great stretch regardless if you get airborne! Class has a full warm up, standing poses, a variety of classic challenging arm balances and ample cool down. Props Suggested: A strap and two blocks.
