According to the Vedic texts, breath is the key to life and longevity. This short class makes an excellent end of day or pre meditation practice. Included are a couple of dynamic poses to help move our energy, standing forward bends and guided breath work. Release the stress of your day and use the breath to draw in greater love and wisdom. Props Suggested: 2 blocks and a blanket.
