Yin/Yang for Hips - Preview

Start with a 15 minute yin sequence that opens the front of your hips, thighs and anterior spine. Next, begin a challenging 30 minute, nonstop flow that emphasizes hip and hamstring opening. Post movement, wind down with a yin sequence that releases tension in your outer/posterior hips.
