Overhead Backbends Flow - Preview

This flow class focuses on opening your lats, shoulders and chest for overhead backbends like natarajasana. You will work some strengthening poses with a focus on your lats, as well as poses like extended puppy pose to create more opening there. Play with some fun optional variations in dolphin pose to really test your strength and balance. Props Needed: A block, a strap and wall space.
