Focus on postures that create strength and suppleness to unwind tension in the neck, back, shoulders, hips and legs after running. This long floor sequence focuses on stretching the hamstrings, the musculature of the hips and the low back while encouraging healthy joints. Techniques throughout the practice are used to stimulate the lymphatic and immune system and enhance the ability to breathe deeply.
