Upper Body Opening Flow - Preview

A compact class that offers variations to open up and strengthen your arms, upper back and shoulder girdle. There's a nice balancing flow with eagle (garudasana) and side plank (vasistasana), plus detailed work in down dog (adho mukha svanasana) and dolphin to prepare for the peak inversion, peacock pose (pincha mayurasana). Find strength while stretching as you play and breath. Props Suggested: A block and a strap.
