The neutral mind is the gateway to awareness. This practice offers a short sequence of exercises designed to prepare you for meditation. The meditation included is to strengthen your connection to your neutral mind, which opens the gate to deep remembrance of the self and the soul. This meditation uses the mantra WHA-HAY GU-ROO (Infinity identity from darkness to light). The mantra is repeated internally as Japa (silent chant) as a way to cut through the barriers of the mind, and open you to the touch of vastness. Enjoy!
