This is an evening flow that will move you out of the day, slough off the fatigue and prepare the body and mind for deep rest. Gentle vinyasa with a few standing poses to help you turn in, followed by some hamstring openers, hip openers and a restorative inversion. End with some balancing breath work and a led savasana. You are ready for bed, nighty night! You will want a block and strap or something like a block and strap.
