This set focuses on activating energy and drawing it towards the higher centers of the brain, in particular the pituitary gland - master gland of the body. Use this practice to develop a stronger connection to your intuition and inner knowing. Practice it daily to cultivate a long standing shift in your energy. Class ends with a balancing pranayama: Nadi Shodhana which further aids in creating balance in the two hemispheres of the mind and an opening of our Third Eye.
