One-Footed Flow - Preview

A fun one-footed flow aimed at turning on your outer hips and working your core center. With poses like warrior 3, padangusthasana (hand to big toe), and parivrtta ardha chandrasana (revolved half moon), gain awareness on how your entire body supports standing balance poses. You can expect to work hard, play with handstand options in the middle of the room, and walk away feeling strong and stable.
