Thaw Out Your Shoulders and Hips - Preview

Your shoulders and hips are the gateways for your arms and legs to connect with your torso. As such they get tight from use, and of course you want them to be more lubed up! Start out supine on your back, and begin to tackle both these areas slowly, lovingly with breath and great attention. An optional blanket is all you need for a restorative finale and a few seated hip openers if you need extra height. Props Suggested: A blanket.
