Contemplative Full Moon Flow - Preview

Full moon is a natural time to reflect back on the source of light and the fullness of life. This contemplative flow focuses on the full expression of breath as the great teacher of life. Gentle warm up working toward warrior (virabhadrasana) temple, extended side angle (utthita parsvakonasana) half moon (ardha chandrasana) pyramid (parsvottanasana) crow (bakasana) just some of the poses we melt into.
