The intelligence of the body is how Ayurveda describes the immune system. The more we do to cultivate that intelligence, the better. This practice of circular floor movements, twists, and standing poses helps to cultivate the intelligence of prana in the body and to flush whatever needs to be flushed from the lymphatic system. The standing poses in this series include a dancing warrior series and triangle poses with arm circles. We end this practice with a seated so-hum meditation to internalize the heat cultivated in this warming practice that is suitable for beginners.
