Yoga for Cross-Training - Preview

This class is physically challenging if you are someone who is new to yoga but in good condition and wants to jump into the practice as part of your cross-training. Move through a rigorous but accessible sequence that will work your whole body and release and relax your mind. This is just straight-up asana (poses) for those who prefer to focus on the physical aspects of the practice.
