Pre-Sleep Prep - Preview

This sequence is designed for a pre sleep preparation as you transition from the business of your day into a deeply restful night. Begin with very soothing moon salutations and a gentle standing twist and hamstring opener. Right into a nice long hip opener, side bend, and restorative forward fold. We end with guided savasana/yoga nidra.
