Let Go of Judgement - Preview

Regardless of your skill level or life situation ~ the practice does not discriminate. The work is the same for everyone, and that is to let go of judgement and to be in a place of open observation and exploration. We move through an extended variation of sun salutations (surya namaskar) which in the repetition build physical stamina, increase both strength & flexibility and deepen the relationship of breath to motion in the body. Peak poses are half moon (ardha chandrasana) and bow (dhanurasana) (otherwise known as the worst pose in the world)!
