This class is a little refresher course that takes us back to basics and is the perfect pick-me-up for every yogi at any level! Warm up beginning in a Seated Fold with twists and side bends. Move through Cat-Cow to build heat and add some core work in Bird-Dog. Continue with a Half Sun Salute and modified Sun Salutation. Perfect your Warrior II then test your balance in Pigeon Chair pose. Wind down with a classic beginner pose, Baddha Konasana, or Butterfly pose, before settling into your final Savasana.
