All the Pilates perks—flexibility, mobility, sculpt, and tone—in just 30 minutes. Keep your kicks on or go barefoot for this cardio-focused class, your choice! Get started with a heart-pumping set of Marches, Jump-Rope, and Roll-Downs into Push-Ups. Keep the ball rolling, literally, by rolling like a ball then hopping up into jumps. Finish strong with Planks, Side Kicks, and Jump Squats before settling into a well-deserved Forward Fold stretch. This class was previously recorded on November 24, 2020.
