Breath-Focused Vinyasa Flow - Preview

Feel the fullest capacity of your lung power with this creative, side body-opening flow. Begin kneeling with lateral breathwork, side stretches and low lunge variations. Pick up the pace with sun salutes and standing poses including standing side stretch in 3 stages, warrior 2, and half moon. Reach your peak with upward bow, counterpose it with boat, and wind it down with seated stretches. Give your breath a last bit of love with viloma pranayama with segmented exhales and settle into a well earned final relaxation. Props Suggested: 2 blocks.
