Ease of Mind Vinyasa & Breathwork - Preview

Sometimes all we are looking for is some ease of mind. This moderately paced vinyasa class begins with a basic warm up, transitions into modified sun salutations with lunge variations, and winds down with a series of luxurious hip openers. Deep cleansing breaths prepare the body for a rejuvenating savasana, leaving both the body and mind with a sense of peace. This class was previously recorded on November 3, 2020.
